If I eat a really healthy diet will I have a less chance of miscarriage. I'm five weeks and I'm really scared I'm going to miscarry.

nothing can prevent a miscarriage, when they happen there's something wrong with the fetus. not your diet i ate everything under the sun with my second and he was born a healthy baby boy . but there's food to avoid while pregnant!

No. MC are a natural way for the body to get « rid » of a very unhealthy baby. Its hard. It sucks but in the end your body knows best
