How?!?!

So many mom's make taking care of a baby and keeping the house put together AND keeping themselves put together, look SOOOOO easy!!!!

HOW?!?!

I am can not figure out how to do this!

my daughter is 7 months old, and I still haven't caught up with my house..

it takes a full day just to wash and dry all the dishes ( no dishwasher )

I constantly have to stop and chase after my daughter. I'd put her in her play pen but she screams, same with her high chair. so she just crawls in the living room (right next to the kitchen) and I constantly have to pause and stop her from trying to climb on random stuff!

Vacuuming is pretty much out of the question. She is terrified of it.

We have a small house, a lot of stuff. and it just gets cluttered and dirty.. and I feel like giving up!!!!

on top of that, I never have a spare moment to make myself even look presentable. not that I need to, but my hair stays up, I never do make up, and I always have some strange stain on me. be it puke, baby food, formula, or leaking breast milk...

please. please. please. TELL ME YOUR SECRETS!!!!
