My bf unintentionally hurt me during sex. 🤦🏽‍♀️

So my boyfriend and I were having sex last night, it was soo good. But then he all of a sudden got even more excited than he was and he thrust extremely hard and fast into me. He hit a spot that is sometimes sore during sex. But I instantly burst into tears it hurt so badly. So he stopped and asked if I was okay and I just told him yeah but give it a min. Then he kept going but slower and it still hurt. After we were done it felt like I pulled something and it hurt to straighten out. So fast forward to today it hurts to sit back on my butt and it hurts when I laugh or cough. Sooo has this happened to anyone before?

Side note: My bf immediately stopped and didn’t do anything further until I said so. Lol
