Clomid, ovarian cyst and ibuprofen

Clomid 2nd cycle failed just got my period 2 weeks + 2 days after positive opk.

2 days after +opk I felt sharp pain on my left ovary. I took 600mg ibuprofen. The next day the pain didn’t go away, so I went to ER and took another 600mg. Doctor confirmed there was a cyst because of clomid, it was 3cm. It went away that night. My 21 progesterone was 39. I felt very hopeful this was it. When I got my period, I was super disappointed, but my husband and I have a plan to proceed with Injection and IUI this cycle. When I read the Injection booklet they gave me. It says “do not take ibuprofen” around ovulation because it will interfere with ovulation. I googled more abt it and there are studies that NSAID can stop releasing of an egg. I feel really sad and wonder would the outcome be different if I didn’t take all those ibuprofens.

Anyone have same experience? Or thought? Really appreciate it.
