at 8 weeks pp I think its time I share my birth story. I am a small girl I'm 5 ft even and before pregnancy I weighed 110 lbs well by 38+5 I had a doctors appointment out of town with a high risk doctor because I was measuring 3 weeks behind which my doctor was too worried about because I am a small person as is my husband so he just figured I make small babies. so we get to the doctor she does an ultrasound but they wanna have me Skype with a very high up doctor out of that town so me and my husband go into a room and are waiting to start the video chat both terrified something is wrong at this point the lady comes on the screen and says that everything is ok the baby is good however she has no more room to grow so she wants to schedule an induction because theres no point in keeping our baby in there any long so she tells us we should be expecting a call from my doctor for a time and we leave on the way back home the phone rings and the car gets silent me and my husband are super nervous I answer and they schedule my appointment for 10:30 the next night! we were both so shocked at how fast things were going now all we could do was grin from ear to ear so its the next day I'm 39 weeks and we are in the room waiting for the doc when she comes in she says she wants to give me a pill vaginally every 3 hours to start dilation she wants to do this 3 times then start me on pitocin at 12:30 she gives me the first pill by 1:00am I'm getting contractions hard so she gives me something for pain she came back around 2:30 for the next pill then I told her that the pain meds did nothing but make me feel drunk she said well I can't give u any more pain meds I said I'm not asking for more pain meds she said well can I get u anything else I said maybe a stress ball to squeeze since my husband is sleeping and I can't squeeze his hand lol so she says alright I'll serif I can find one at this point I'm 5cm she comes back and says I couldn't find one but we have a birthing ball I said okay I'll try that so I manage to power through a horrible contraction while getting off the bed and onto the birthing ball I sit on it for not even 5 minutes and I think either my water is fixing to bust or im about to piss all over this ball lol I call the nurse in and tell her that and she says okay well we will see s I stand up and there's a little wet spot and some blood on the towel she layed on the ball then all of a sudden my water breaks and its gushing everywhere lol I look over at my husband and I'm like bug wake up my water broke he shoots up like is everything okay I'm like my water just broke hes say oh god lol I have no idea what time it is now but I get back on the bed now I'm 9 and a half centimeters dilated so they call the guy to give me an epidural which was horrible because he gave it to me through a contraction and hit a nerve they get my doctor on the phone then the room is filled with like 5nurses and my doc I'm getting ready to have this baby and I'm nervous as hell I pushed 5 times if that and our sweet baby girl Lilith Aurora was born August 30 2017 she weighed 4 llbs 15.8oz she was 18 inches long and beautiful as ever
