learned to crawl, forgot how to self soothe 😭

my LO is 8.5 mo, and learned to crawl last week. since then, she's been terrible at falling asleep. up til now, she's been sleep trained. we put her down awake but sleepy, she'd stir a little, whimper a little, then sleep. NOW though, we put her down, and as soon as we walk away, she's sitting up, crawling around, trying to stand, all while crying like her lil heart is fit to break. it seems like if she could just lie still again, she'd pass right out. yes, she's tired when we put her down. yes she still gets her naps. any one else deal with this? advice??
