🤱🏼

Elaina Rose was born at 6:34pm on October 25th. I couldn't' be more in love than I am right now! Oh my goodness!! So I show up at 7:30am to get things started. I've been 5cm for 2wks so I had a pretty good head start. I got pitocin started at 9:30(drug from hell!!) by 11:30 I was 6cm and by two I was 7...the contractions were tolerable but very painful. I have a high pain tolerance so I knew they'd only get worse and I was determined to go all natural so I tried to not think about it. At 5:45-6pm(not sure exactly) she came back in and told me I was still at 7 so she was going to break my water in hopes it would kick things into gear...oh my gosh it did!!! Those contractions were the WORSE pain!! But I did it! I stood up and wrapped my arms around DH and swayed as best I could while I cried and tried so hard to breathe through them but there was no break...I suddenly not even 10min after my water broke felt the urge to poop. I was standing up and just to b sure it was real, I started pushing and oh my it was happening!!! I called the nurse in and she checked me and was immediately like "yep let's call the doc" so not even 20 min after my water was broke, I pushed out a 9lb 6oz beautiful fluffy girl in 6 pushes!💖😍😰I have a couple tears which hurt like hell to stitch up and even more now but looking into my daughters eyes, it was all so worth it!!❤️she latched perfectly the first and second feedings😙I'm so blessed!!
