Nursing to sleep-HELP

Hello! My 7 week old will only go to sleep if I nurse her. This is for naps and bedtime. Most naps happen on me and then sometimes I can transition her once she is asleep to the pack and play. At night she sleeps in a bassinet beside the bed. Her first sleep of the night is usually 2 hours after that she is up every hour. Sometimes she doesn't even nurse she just cries until I latch her and then she falls asleep. Then I try to unlatch and transition her back to the bassinet. She is swaddled and she will not take a pacifier. My husband is a very heavy sleeper and I am not comfortable with her being in the bed. Any suggestions?
