I used a menstrual cup for my last period, it was a good experience. One day I forgot to change it for like 13 hours. It didn't leak but it smelled a bit. Is this normal?

Ok im confused as to what you’re asking. Poop smells in general its poop. Your cup should be in your vagina. Ive left mine in for like 18 hours before and it had no smell once washed. Typically if it smells you could have an infection the cup is old or maybe your ph is off. Did you wash it? Maybe try soaking it in hydrogen peroxide.

My cup has an odor on it no matter how little time I leave it in. It's just because vaginas have a smell. It smells clean though after I rinse it off. If you've rinsed it and it still smells you could try boiling it.

it's normal for it to smell. Blood has a copper like smell once it makes contact with oxygen and that odor changes once blood has started to coagulate. Just wash it with a cleanser or water after every use and boil it after every period. It's nothing to worry about!
