Anyone have something happen that made them think they had conceived?

So..... I’m currently TTC no 1 & using AI. So today I’m due to ovulate and have had my AI donation in time.

I popped into town in the afternoon and visit my friends gallery. On a painting in the window I see the name Thomas. Didn’t think anything of it at the time, only that I hadn’t met a Thomas in there before. When I left however I checked it again and it actually said Maxine! Not even close to Thomas....

On top of that a few years ago I had a really vivid dream of me dropping a little boy to school with curly hair and a red backpack.

Have a feeling they’re linked (and yes I am calling the kid Thomas if it’s a boy!) and wondering if anyone else has had anything similar happen to them?
