Does anyone else mostly throw up while brushing their teeth?

I can feel nauseous or not nauseous but it seems that brushing my teeth triggers me throwing up. Specifically my tongue. It’s not every time luckily but it’s happened quite a few times now. Anyone else like this?

In my first trimester, I'd throw up every single time I brushed my teeth. I literally dreaded it because I knew throwing up was inevitable lol

My sister told me to try kids toothpaste in a flavor like green apple because my regular peppermint toothpaste made me so nauseous in the first trimester.
