38+3 pregnant

I have been having extreme back pain in my lower left side it doesn’t go away I have to hunch to walk or walk as fast as I can to not have it hurt so bad I cannot move my left leg because it starts to hurt as well. Does anyone know anything about this or experienced something similar?
