My boyfriend was a virgin when we started dating a few months ago. I expected the sex to be quick and that he'd finish early. But when we first started having sex, he couldn't cum at all, which I attributed to him being nervous. Everything was fine for a bit after that, he'd be able to finish. But now again I still can't make him cum, the last few times we've had sex he hadn't finished and I asked why and he said he was tired, but he seemed fine and had a lot of energy throughout the night. 
He's able to finish with a blowjob but usually not sex.
He reassured me that it's not me, but when I asked him if he can finish with porn, and he avoided the question.

I’ve dealt with this personally in a past relationship. He watched a lot of porn (was an addict which is actually why the relationship ended) porn can make it hard for a guy to finish. If they’re use to looking at a screen, and getting off like that, that can excite a guy more than a physical body. You should look up “your brain on porn” a lot of people see it as no issue to watch pine while in a relationship, pornography is just like a substance, it does the same things to you as a drug would, and can lead to addiction. That’s how it started with my ex, first it was hard for him to fun during sex, then it was hard for him to get hard unless he was watching porn. Google it for better knowledge though. It has ruined relationships, broken up marriages, and families.
