having bad stomach problems

I had diverticulitis 6months ago and one thing that's bad for me is constipation and I'm doing everything I can but I still can't go I eat activa I drink Apple juice prune juice Metamucil and have 1 cup of coffee and nothing is working is there anything that helped other people out I need to stay regular
