For any one who can help. I started taking progesterone last month to help regulate my period. I'm hopeful but at the same time doubtful. Yesterday I noticed I was lightly spotting, today my boobs are super sore. AF not due until the 14th, I'm so confused as to when I should take an ovulation test to determine when I'll ovulate. If I had AF 10/14 and my cycles are running 30 days can someone help me as to when I should test for ovulation purposes? According to the app I'm in my fertile window this week.
