Jamaican Black castor oil. Put it in your scalp leave it in over night, wash it out in the am with your usual shampoo. 3times a week. Makes your hair thick shiney and beautiful! Keeps it from falling out too!

Have your thyroid checked. Hypothyroidism causes it. It could be a number of things tho. Genetics?
