Extreme Morning Sickness

So I am almost 11 weeks along with my second child. I have been sick beyond words for at least the last 3 weeks. To the point that I can't keep any food down. I had morning sickness with my first however this time around I literally can't eat anything.

Does anyone have any suggestions, at this point I'm desperate 🤢
