We've been TTC 1.5yrs, with 1 MC last Dec. I have a very faint positive this am and haven't told husband. I come home and he's laying on the couch and next to the recycling is 5 empty beer bottles. This may not seem like a big deal, but my father was an alcoholic and when we started dating, DH made it clear he wasn't a drinker. in the first 5 yrs of our marriage, we hardly ever kept alcohol in the house. oh, we'd go out and have a great time, cab it home.

I'm not against drinking, but I don't want a relationship with someone who has a habit. But somehow, in the last 6 months, DH is drinking more and more. when I bring it up, he's defensive and tells me I'm griping at him. This adds an incredible amount of stress to me and it's like he doesn't even care. He also doesn't seem to care that the alcohol could be hurting our fertility changes. I'm pissed and really just need to vent.
