Random crying outbursts

Has anyone ever just randomly started balling their eyes out literally just over nothing like you don’t know why your even crying in the first place? This happens to me a lot and I feel that there is something wrong with me.. :( one time I was out eating at a restaurant with my mom, dad and uncle and I just started crying and I wasn’t even sure why?.. they even didn’t know why I was crying? I don’t understand it at all?.. I fear this is going to happen to me when I have a job and I also have bad ocd and anxiety which makes everything worse. Does this happen to anyone else just like crying out of no where? 😩🤔😞
