Pain after sex

Last Saturday my boyfriend and I were having sex and it’s was great. It didn’t hurt during sex but when he was finished and I got up I had this intense pain in my abdomen. I couldn’t move it hurt so bad like moving made it worse. We didn’t do any adventurous positions so I was just wondering what could have caused it!
