Water Fasting

So, I’ve done water fasting in the past so, it’s not like I’m jumping to this way too quickly. So, I’m thinking about doing a 21 day water fast but the only problem I have is the loose skin. Has anyone done a long water fast? If so, have you gotten loose skin or did your loose skin go away from doing a long water fast?

I’m 5’1 and I weigh 115lbs. I want to weigh 110lbs. I know when I’m fasting, I’m probably gonna go way below 110 but, once I break the fast, depending on how much pounds I drop, I’ll go back up to 110 and maintain my weight from there. I just wanna reset my whole body completely and get rid of this recurrent yeast infection for good.

Btw, water fasting is well practiced around the world for health benefits, spiritual purposes and all of that extra stuff. Yes, it may sound like I’m starving myself but in reality, I’m not. I’m giving my body/digestive system the break that it needs to clean out my system. You’re only hungry for day 1-3 and then after that, you’re completely fine. Once your hunger comes back, that’s when you should stop before you do any damage or even die. Seriously, search it up! Lmao!

I already eat healthy. I’m a healthy vegan, lol. I just need a full body reset because for some reason, I keep getting recurrent yeast infections.

I’m really just worried about getting loose skin.
