Help...hunger pains..?

I went to bed at 2am and then I had dreams I needed bottles of milk for my constantly hungry baby, but I kept running out, then I felt this raw hunger pain in my stomach in real life and woke up immediately just now. Now I’m stuffing Cheerios. Do pregnant women literally wake up with severe hunger like this? This is crazy...I felt it so strong I woke up and felt like I was in pain or something.

Yes! If I'm tossing and turning, with or without hunger pains, it's typically because baby is hungry and needs something. I eat something like a bowl of cereal or warm oatmeal go help ease her kicking and help me go back to sleep. Your body is trying to tell you something, so listen to it 😊
