Keto for PCOS
I have seen a lot of you post about keto diet helping get your cycles back. I got my period after 7 months after doing keto straight for not even two weeks. Question for those doing keto and getting back to back cycles, are you having any “cheat” meals? I don’t have any fully cheat days but I’ll have a cheat meal or two on the weekends and next meal get right back on track. Will this mess up my cycle or should I be ok?
