Line or no ? Leftover hcg ?

I had a DnC aug 30, oct 10 my hcg was at a 7. I took a test the other day bc I’ve been feeling blah and tired , what do y’all think the top was yesterday bottom was today . I had a blood draw today to see what my levels are to see if this is leftover or possibly from a new pregnancy 🌈
