Which symptom?

This is my first month off BC and I haven't experienced a natural cycle in years. I see everyone posting about sore boobs, but my nipples are so sore! Would y'all classify this as a pregnancy symptom or an AF symptom? We have been TTC this month.

I had sore nipples and breasts (nipples first)  for my cycles when I came off BC for the first time in years, which came a week or so before AF. My AF symptoms were basically the same as pregnancy!

The cruelest joke of them all is that both symptoms are the same for early pregnancy and AF! My only symptoms were fatigue and I had a lot of cm..
