Engorgement!! Help
So a couple days ago my milk came in. I'm having to wake my newborn every 3 hours to feed her until she reaches her birth weight. By this time my boobs are so full I am having to use my hand pump to pump enough off each boob to where they're soft and she can latch. Is this something that will regulate or should I pump between feedings?? I rather overproduce than under produce but I don't my goodness!! 😩
