Ladies, 3 weeks away from my little ones first birthday. 3 weeks away from being able to say he was EBF for his first year of life. 3 weeks away when I never thought we'd make it even to 6 months. 3 weeks away and my supply is SO FREAKING LOW. I don't know what to do. I'm getting maybeeee 3 ounces when I pump. I made lactation cookies, trying to drink as much water and electrolytes as possible, drinking mothers milk tea. Nothing is working. Going to power pump today tomorrow and Friday. What else can I do? I refuse to give up and I refuse to not make it to the year mark. Helpppppp meeeeee 😭😭
