Officially 3 days late 😁😁😁😁

So AF hasn't shown up for 3 days now. I don't want to get too excited since I took a test before AF was suppose to show up. How long should I wait before I test again? I have pcos but I was on medication that regulated my cycle so it's always on time. What should I do????
