Is it possible..?!?!?

Is it possible to get pregnancy symptoms 2 weeks after my last period? I had a MC 2 months ago so my last period was longer than usual so could of ovulated right after that 🤔🤔 has anyone else experienced this? My boobs are SO sore, headaches and slight dizziness.. same as the last time i was pregnant
