Vaginal Infection Early Pregnancy

Sorry if this is gross and TMI! Just want to see if I'm not alone here.

I've had some pretty strong symptoms for BV the last week and I am 6 weeks 4 days pregnant today.

Before I go on, I was tested for BV and yeast and both negative on Monday.

Symptoms are:

Strong odor

yellow-grey-brown-green-white discharge (its changed during the whole week)

I went in after the brown discharge, baby had a strong heart beat and everything looked great there.

Just overall achy feelings - down there and now all over my body

Absolutely 0 chance it could be an STD.

Going in tomorrow to check other things and talk with my doctor but I'm just SO worried.

Anyone ever experience something similar?
