i want to breast feed my. child when i have it but. im worried that i wont be able to produce enough as ive seen many others who went through this  i want be able to give the baby breast milk from day one but i may not produce enough to satisfy:$

Honestly try not to worry about it too much yet. There’s gonna be times you’ll feel like you’re not producing enough (when they’re cluster feeding especially) your best bet is to talk to a lactation consultant. The one we have on base is amazing and the only reason I pressed on with breastfeeding

I had that worry too and I'm actually overproducing. So- there is always a chance that you will be able to produce enough milk for your child. I would do a lot of research about breastfeeding now and maybe talk to your doctor or midwife about your concerns. They may be able to point you toward some resources around breastfeeding information. Sometimes there are even classes you can take to prepare you for it. Also- it's not the worst thing in the world if you need to use formula. In the end- what matters is a healthy growing baby. Good luck!

Low supply is actually not that common. It can seem like it if you're on here, but just remember most people are posting because they have a problem  - how many people are going to post "It's all fine and I have enough milk " ?!
