Thoughts??

My bf and I decided that we weren't going to really try for a baby but we haven't been using condoms and we both said if it happens it happens but we've been doing this for about two months and I want a baby so bad I'm still in school (college) so that's why we aren't actually trying but it's still so hard cause I feel so disappointed when I get my period. anyone have any advice or thoughts on the matter? or have been through something similar?

I can relate to what you are feeling because growing up I too wanted a baby. But to be honest, from what you are saying you do not sound ready for a baby. You don’t try for a baby on your own, this is a very very big decision that you make with your partner. You can’t say “we” are not trying, because you are and your partner isn’t. Using no protection is ignorant and immature. 
If I am wrong and your partner does want to have a baby too, do you have the means to take care of a baby? Do you have a long term and stable relationship? Are you both financially stable? Do you have your own place to live in a safe environment with enough room for the baby. Do you have your own transportation, for yourself and for the baby? Have you thought about who is taking care of the baby when you are at school or need to study? (I’m going to assume you have a stable job aside from that or that you partner has a good job and he can support 3 people) Do you have good insurance? Have you done everything in life you wanted to do (college, dream job, partying, traveling, etc) so that you don’t feel like you have to give something up, because the baby is going to consume all of your time, energy and sleep. 
A baby is cute and nice and sweet, but if you have your own baby it is mostly poops, cries and vomits. The reality it that you will mostly be busy with those aspects combined with a lot of laundry, lack of sleep and a changing relationship with your partner. And your baby will grow up in to a child, it sounds stupid to say but wanting a baby is different that raising a child. 
Don’t get me wrong, it’s also awesome and very rewarding. It’s the hardest and best job in the world at the same time. But be ready please, don’t to this to yourself, your partner and your future child. You will be happy you waited if the time is right. ❤️
