I’ve had this throughout my pregnancy and believe it’s because of sleeping on my left side every night. I’ve never asked about it because it just feels like pulled muscles to me and it goes away if I sleep a certain/different way for a few nights

I get this, I'm also 24 weeks but I've had it from around 10 weeks. My midwife said sometimes it can be because of the position the baby is in. In my case my baby was transverse at first but now he/she is head down with all the weight on my right side. I get the pain all around my pelvis though. My midwife has told me there are some exercises I can try but if they don't work she may want to refer me for physio. It impacts my daily life a lot though because I can't even go food shopping without it leaving me in agony every time I move for the rest of the day.
