What food helps with constipation for a 9 month old?

I always have prune baby food on hand for days that my daughter doesn’t poop (she normally poops 2-4 time a day). Some will recommend prune juice or apple juice but I don’t give my baby juice. The pureed prunes have worked fine for us these last few months 😊

lots of water, we also made a puree of rehydrated dried apricots, that seems to do the trick if we give him about 2 tbsp.

My son didn't poop last weekend and we gave him a lot more water, let him gnaw on one prune, and put Vaseline on a qtip to help loosen everything up, he has pooped 3-5 times every day since! He normally poops once a day in the morning. I thought he might have gotten dehydrated when we were at boo at the Zoo on Saturday he was in his plush outfit in 70 degree weather and didn't drink anything for 2.5 hours.

P foods - plums, pears, peaches, prunes, peas. Avoid applesauce & bananas. 
I made a large batch of pureed plums, pears and peas and I have some frozen and give her a little when she gets constipated. Also water helps too!
