Cervix check?

So i checked my cervix today on 2dpi/dpo

And it was a little bit higher than 10/31 and it is now feeling like it's closed the best way for me to explain it is it feels like when you pucker your lips together . So my question is , if you've conceived does this sound like my body is on the right track? When you conceive does your cervix close and rise back up? Where as if you didn't it would stay low and open? So confused but trying to pass the time thanks in advance for your opinions!
