Missed many Bc pills

I missed many pills this month in my Bc pack.. had sex twice once a week and a half ago he finished inside me, problem is idk when all those missed pills were I just know I’ve been so bad at taking hem had to double up on pills many times this pack, period was due today all week had no symptoms I normally have, had a excruciating head ache last night and all day today and hot flashes bad and major brown discharge now, feels like I wet my pants... does anyone know if this is because of the pill or what is going on? I’ve had things like this happen in the past and although I am not trying to get pregnant it’s hard on me
