I think it's a boy!

I had my 16 week checkup yesterday and the doc couldn't find the heartbeat with the Doppler. She did an ultrasound instead and heartbeat was 140 and great! My husband wasn't with me because we have an appointment for a 3d tomorrow to determine gender, but I told the doctor to just show me a picture of what's between the legs. I'm 90% convinced it's a boy what does everyone think??
