What’s wrong with my kidneys?

I have cyst on my kidneys I recently found out and now I am having side pain near my kidneys and now really bad back pain and then I’m bleeding after I go pee. Does anyone know what could be causing the pain or what I should do. Please help! My mom can’t afford to go to the hospital because I don’t have insurance since my dad messed up
