Abnormal bleeding

Had my BC removed February of this year and have been TTC since about may for my second child. My periods regulated about that time. Everything was going fine until October... I started my period oct 10th-22nd not normal for me. Quit bleeding still said I was fertile and would ovulate that Friday as originally, but come Thursday night I started to spot didn’t think much of it. Then come Friday morning I really started to bleed, and have severe cramping as if I was on my period again I am still bleeding today... I saw my PCP and she did blood draw and urine, but I haven’t heard back from those test, and I do have an appointment with my Obgyn next Tuesday to discuss this also. I’m just wandering if any one of y’all have had this happen, and what was the reason or outcome? Thank you. Pic for attention
