Something's wrong with my kitten!?

My kitten is 11 weeks old. The last week she's been acting really strange. She's been drooling so much it drips off of her chin and it smells really bad. I thought it was just her teething, but there's something else. Randomly, she'll freak out and run and act like she don't know who we are. We will go from holding her to her running away. That'll last for 2 min or so and she's back to acting the usual her. It's like she forgets who she is, where she is out of no where and who we are. I've had her for a lil over a month and she was completely fine. She loves us. What could be wrong with her?

She just had another episode and started meowing really loud and acting scared.

Thanks guys. In going to take her, I plain on it but I'm just worried.
