Aquaphor and hives?

Had an allergic reaction the other day and my face was and still is covered in hives. The swelling and redness has reduced some but I have major plans this weekend and would really like my face to be normal so I can get my glow up on.

Right now it's still dark pink-ish and there are kind of visible bumps that are rough to the touch. Still an itchy feel too.

I've used Aquaphor on eczema before and it seemed to help. Should I put some in my face for hives?

If not, what does anyone recommend?

P.S. I've already taken Benadryl in two doses day and night.
