prenatal vitamins
what prenatal vitamins are you all taking? I was taking these
but my sister who had a baby last May said that these are better.
They're the melaluca pregnancy pack. She sells melaluca though and I'm not TOTALLY sold because they don't have as much iron as I read they were supposed to (9mg vs 28mg). She said it's because I should get the rest in my diet but again I'm not sold....... what are you ladies taking and why?
