I was diagnosed with PCOS in about May of 2013 after not having a period for about 8 months and an ultrasound. I was placed on BCP and have been on BCP for about 4+ years with regular periods until I stopped taking the pill 3 weeks ago since we ate wanting to conceive. I’m not sure what to expect with periods, but I’m curious if my PCOS possibly could have improved and periods be normal again?? I don’t not have any symptoms like acne or weight gain that come with PCOS. Please advise! Anything will help.
