How long does it take for levels to drop after miscarriage?

I was told that the baby passed away about 2 weeks ago and just waiting to pass naturally. I took a pregnancy test for the heck of it to see if my line is getting any lighter. I know this isn’t an indicator of anything but it just made me curious. Should my levels be much lower if I lost the baby 2 weeks ago?

I don't know I started bleeding yesterday but on my ultrasound Friday they found nothing not even a sac and my positive line is almost gone now so I'm guessing it left my uterus and has been sitting in the cervix for some time now so it depends I guess

It took me almost a month for my levels to go back to normal and it seemed like forever for the bleeding to stop. Sorry your going through this

how long it takes depends on how far along you were. I was only 6 weeks and stopped developing at 5, so a little over a week after the bleeding stopped my levels were under 5 again.

I miscarried at almost 5 weeks and I bled the week I found out I was miscarrying and then it took 3 weeks after that to go down to normal
