Leaking water or regular discharge?

Since this morning I've been leaking a little. Maybe like a penny size drop on a panty liner each time I go to pee. It looks like clear liquid. How do I tell if it's just regular discharge or amniotic fluid? 37 weeks

If it stays that small of an amount I would worry about it but if it seems like it starts to be more I would go to the hospital to get checked

I'm not exactly sure how to tell the difference, but the same happens to me. I just got an ultrasound today and they said my fluid was fine. From everything I can read it's pretty normal to have wet discharge. amniotic fluid might have a smell to it and could feel more like a gush.
