Cancer can go either way. You can fight it till the end of you can beat it. I'm curious on opinions on whether or not you believe it's selfish.

Think of it from both sides, say your cousin passed and you didn't know they were sick. Say they survived and you didn't know they were even ill. Would you want people to know? How would you feel if your spouse kept it from you? Would you respect their wishes to keep it a secret?
