Extreme constipation. HELP ME!
Ok so I’m posting anon bc I’m embarrassed but I am currently in the bathroom.. been in here for 30 mins and I just can’t get it out. It’s been this way for 3 days where I’m so constipated. What can I do to help poop? I drink SOOOO much water every day already!!
Due to a friable cervix I can’t push too hard... 😐
