Can u have real contractions at only 6 weeks all day today ive been having really bad sharp pains and my stomach gets a little tight, tbe sharp pains go from my lower stomach all the way up to my upper stomach and my sides... sometimes chest area.... they feel like contractions... idk what to do, they are coming and going like every 5 mins and when they come they hurt so bad i have to breath in and out and it sometimes makes it hurt worse !!! 💔😔😔😔😔
