pregnant?

I thought I had a cold or my allergies were messing up. I having really bad cramps and after walking to my boyfriends work and back which is like 3 city blocks away from our apartment I sat there for 15 minutes. I know "can't know until you test" but was asking if my symptoms are early pregnancy symptoms.
