Okay so my husband and I just became first time homeowners Yesterday!! I am 10 weeks pregnant. The previous owner of the house did not keep it clean, it was FILTHY! Pet stains EVERYWHERE. Not really in our budget, but wound up being so much worse than we thought so we decided to rip up the carpet and get laminate flooring. So in all the excitement I didn't think about if it would be harmful to baby!?!? I used a dust mask the entire time. The carpet was disgusting and a few times I could smell old urine through the mask. Do I have anything to worry about!?!?!?😓
